company. We work with homeowners, architects, and
developers to build homes that meet project budget and timeline.
We design and build using traditional, modular, and panelized methods of construction. We work with our customers to identify the best fit for their site, style, and budget.

Meet the Team
Kathleen Liston
President & Chief Executive OfficerKathleen brings fifteen years of experience in the building industry and managing projects and organizations. Kathleen has a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters in Structural Engineering from Stanford University, and a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. Kathlen co-founded Common Point Technologies in 2000, a software and consulting company for owners, designers, and builders. Kathleen has worked with over fifty design and construction organizations on over 100 projects as a consultant, including Walt Disney Imagineering, Autodes. She is a co-author of the leading professional book on Building Information Modeling, BIM Handbook published by Wiley.

VP of Construction
Reed brings ten years of experience working with modular and panelized residential construction. Reed has extensive experience working with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), setting modular homes, and working with modular factories to prepare sites for modular homes and complete installation onsite.
