Eco Offsite provides full suite of design and build services. We can work with you from concept to move-in, to develop a design, provide detailed cost estimates, and work with local jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local and state codes. We also work with a wide range of architects, modular experts and consultants, and engineers to help you with your project.
Concept and Design Development
We provide full service design for your project from concept to design documentation. If you already have an architect or designer, we will work with your design team at any phase in the process to develop and/or modify designs suitable for modular, panelized or on-siste construction.
Detailed Estimating
We provide detailed take-off and estimating services throughout the
design process. Our estimates allow our customers to budget and make
appropriate trade-offs for material and finish selection and overall
design evaluation.
Design Documentation and Visualization
Eco Offsite's facility in San Jose is equipped to build full modular
units, ranging from single modular to large custom homes, and to
fabricate and build panelized walls.
Material and Finish Selection
We provide you with
options for selecting interior and exterior materials and finishes for
your project and work with architects and/or interior designers to
coordinate colors, materials, and finishes.
