We can work with you from concept to move-in, to develop a design, provide detailed cost estimates, and work with local jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local and state codes. We also work with a wide range of architects, modular experts and consultants, and engineers to help you with your project.

Design

Design Example

We provide full service design for your project from concept to design documentation. If you already have an architect or designer, we will work with your design team at any phase in the process to develop and/or modify designs suitable for modular, panelized or on-siste construction.


General Contracting

General contracting example

We provide full general contracting services, include foundation and site preparation, onsite carpentry, setting and installation of modules or panels, and finish-up work, including electrical, plumbing, and roofing.


Prefabrication

Prefab Example

Eco Offsite's facility in San Jose is equipped to build full modular units, ranging from single modular to large custom homes, and to fabricate and build panelized walls.
